1.  We need additional adult leader and scout participation! The Troop has paid for 25 spots, and so far we have 15 confirmed attendees. It would be a shame to have to pay for these spots and not have them filled! Please sign up today!  We need important information about participants  (suit size, etc.) filled out asap.

TROOP: I am proud to announce that Joshua Michael won the Glenn A and Melinda W. Adams National  Eagle Scout Service Project of the Year award for the Western Los Angeles County Council. He received this honor at the Council's annual Eagle Scout Dinner tonight. The award not only highlights the efforts of this outstanding Eagle Scout, but underscores the dedication and commitment of a extremely supportive Troop and family.

The West Valley Food Pantry is housed at our Chartered Organization, Prince of Peace Episcopal Church.  On Saturday, May 12, letter carriers will be picking up donated food along their routes and bringing it to the Food Pantry, and they NEED OUR HELP!  Sign-ups for 2 hour shifts will be taken starting at this Monday night's meeting, and every Monday night through May 7.  Set-up at 9 a.m.; sorting from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.  Parents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, friends and neighbors are welcome to help.  Feel the "warm fuzzies" from helping re-stock the Food Pantry's sheds with boxes of canned goods.

I am very happy and proud to announce that Michael Henderson successfully completed his Eagle Board of Review tonight, March 19th at 8:15pm.  Michael became the 58th Eagle Scout in Troop 22.
