Equipment Coordinator (Stuart Barney): Where are the water purifiers that will be needed for September outing? Will need 2 filters (borrow, locate or purchase). First Aid Box needs to be re stocked. Items are on order. Need a system for checking out equipment. Shed was a mess. ASPL should be in charge when the Quartermaster is unavailable to supervise equipment for the outings. Check out list will be created for Quartermaster or ASPL at every outing.

Suggest that the troop only partake in the Take Order Campaign. Should never compete with other fundraisers during the Popcorn fundraiser. 10/15 is last day to collect popcorn orders and money. Remember to collect for the Military Operation Gratitude. Scouts will deliver collected popcorn.
