9 new Scouts bridging from Pack 333 on Tuesday
Potential of 4-5 more from Pack 175
SM Recommends all ASMs review online podcast of 1st class requirements
New 1st class requirement is not in the current Scout Handbook
- each boy must invite a friend to join Scouting
Scouts recruiting friends is very effective
Camporee
- Scouts decided to attend
- Troop meetings to prepare for Camporee
- Mostly teamwork, knots etc.
- Theme 100 years of Scouting
- 2 Patrols from Pack 333 will be camping with us
- Purpose of a Boy Scout Camporee is to meet other units and exchange ideas
- Our district's Camporee is exclusively competition
- We need to move our district Camporee into a better direction
Snow Outing
- Storm breaking up
- 18 inches of snow last week at Mt Pinos
- Bob will call the Ranger tomorrow
- 18 gallons of water purchased for the trip
- All set to go!
- Alternate plan is for Fort Tejon
Tehachapi Backpack (Patrick for Bill)
- Changed to Sespe Wilderness
- West of Highway 33
- Great hike for troop, large site
- Full stream nearby lots of wood available
Camporee (Barry)
- At Tierra Rejada again
- May have as many as 30 Scouts
- Probably not a split outing
- We need to select acting SPL for Camporee
- Need adults to staff our game
- Our games is... shooting baskets with a basketball
- Great outing for adults to join
- 2 Webelos patrols one 5 Scouts, other 7 Scouts

Trying to get 3 months ahead
Transportation
- Need adventure passes for Snow Outing
Summer Camp (Mike)
- Camperships -- available if needed just tell Sonia or Mike
- No Scout is left behind because of a lack of money
- May add spots if needed after Pack 333 bridges in
High Adventure (Mike)
- Philmont is on track
- Need reservations for Northern Tier for next year
Equipment Coordinator
- Cleaned up shed
- Need Quartermaster to provide a budget for equipment repair/replace
- Every patrol now has an assigned set of equipment
- All items are labeled
- Now there is accountability!
- We have enough equipment for incoming patrol(s)

Looks like we will enter next year short
Need to make Pancake Breakfast profit bigger
Our crowded schedule burns out adults and Scouts which leads to less profitable fundraisers
Maybe we need to restrict the Eagle Court of Honor Schedule

Bridging supplies are in order, June has purchased them
Parent Buddy program starting up again, we'll need lots of parents
Parent Buddys should be regular Troop parents not ASMs who are already busy
Lots of boys have been visiting the troop
Ways to reach out to Cubs and get visibility
- Pack 22 is growing nicely
- Abilities First wants Den Chiefs
- Support for Packs
- Cub Day camp wants Den Chiefs
