  • Treasure Hunt/cooking contest

  • Saturday meal 1 pot meal

  • Patrols need to bring supplies for 1 pot meal

  • Focus on wilderness survival

  • Rancho Alegre - Jan 6th

  • Meet 7:00 am depart 7:15 sharp!  Return 3:00 pm

• Dragons got 1st place in Las Colinas District for Council Patrol Challenge

• August 1st, 2007 Centenial of Scouting World Wide 8am local time all recite oath

Finance Subcommittee Report

• Checks for registration

• Need to pay insurance

• received popcorn check

• Camp Whitsett $3500 due Feb 1st 30 spaces

• Florida Seabase pmt due soon (13 and 1st class)

• Need to build enthusiasm for Summer Camp and Florida

• Payment schedule to put on website

• Whitsett:  Feb 1, May 1, June 1, (7/14)

• Seabase: airfare purchase March/April final

• Free Carwash fundraiser - find gas station in good location

Outings Subcommittee Report

• Organization weak - still need volunteers

  • Neeta Rathee - collecting for Seabase

  • Sandra - collecting for Whitsett

  • Jerry & Peg worked on binders for Outing jobs

  • Will call an outings committee meeting
