Roundtable Report: (Peggy McGrew)

*     Safe swim defense and safety afloat

Scoutmaster Report: (Patrick Druez)

*     Working on summarizing input questionnaires filled out by Scouts

*     Summary will go out soon

*     Eagles in progress

*     Andy is looking for a project, Jeremy is working on the PoP garden, Kevin’s Board is Monday, Alan’s is soon

Finance Subcommittee Report: (Judy Soyster)

*     Judy presented monthly reports

*     Troop 22 Garage Sale – July 17 7am to 2pm

*     Drop off at Peggy McGrew’s house

*     At Prince of Peace

*     Conflicts with Camp Whitsett

*     We already have some great donations

*     Barn raiser fundraiser

*     Dinner dance in Malibu at Jerry’s club

*     145 Invitations went out, thanks to the Singh family

*     Bartenders will have to card those under 21

Membership/Communications Subcommittee Report: (Rayna Burgess)

*     Troopmaster Database is down,

*     Website is very outdated, Rayna’s computer needs help, this will happen soon

Outdoor/Activities Subcommittee Report: (Jerry Seymour)

*     Missing some permission to treat forms

*     Peggy made 10 copies of the originals and they are now kept at two different homes

*     This weekends outing to Fishbowls is all lined up.  Permits pulled etc.

*     Summer Camp

*     27 Scouts and 5 adults for Summer Camp – final check is written

*     We paid $74 for each reserved spot (adult and scout) that we didn’t use

*     Some troop parents have donated their Scout account funds to Camperships for Scouts

*     Vic Singh has passenger vans which we can use to aid transportation to/from camp, we would pay the drivers and for gas

*     We are taking one Scout from another troop with us for summer camp because he can’t go with his own troop

Advancement Subcommittee Report: (Peggy for Lisa Solomon)

*     September Court of Honor

*     Need to make reservations at Sage Ranch

Troop Advisors (Rayna for Sandra Sigman)

*     NTR

Action Steps Review:

*     Rayna to get minutes out this week.

*     Peggy to send a letter out regarding permission to treat

*     Jerry to get us total cost per Scout for Summer Camp
