Roundtable Report: (Peggy McGrew)

*     Dave Rosell – Venturing Commissioner did a presentation on Venturing

*     Jim Starratt is the new District Chair

*     Bob Hazard is the District Commissioner

*     Scouting for Food postponed to November

*     Troop 99 invites Webelos to an annual event

*     District Camporee Presentation will be held at next Roundtable

Scoutmaster Report: (Patrick Druez)

*     Feb 21st tentative ASM meeting at Sage Ranch after JLTC 1pm until dinner (with a backup date of March 6th)

*     JLTC at Sage Ranch 8am to 1pm, Feb 21st

*     Take off ASM Meeting in April, next ASM meeting will be June 13 already on calendar

Finance Subcommittee Report: (Judy Soyster)

*     Troop 22 Tuff Shed Mother’s Day Dance, May 8 tentative date – need to check with Jerry Seymour

*     Quickbooks entries are not quite up to date.  Judy will enter them soon.

*     Judy brought in copies of the check registry, back statement and quickbooks report

Membership/Communications Subcommittee Report: (Rayna Burgess)

*     Hold up on getting the troop database online is getting a server.  Everything is all setup but will take a day or two to load on to a server when one becomes available.

*     The website has some problems with unreachable pages and the background not showing

Outdoor/Activities Subcommittee Report: (Jerry Seymour)

*     Jerry and Barry will address the transportation concerns for the Klondike Derby after this outing

*     A16 will be donating backpacks to the troop – Diana worked out this agreement these will be checked out on a long term loan basis to Scouts who need equipment.

*     We are all set for the outing this weekend to Rancho Alegre – weather looks mild, good

*     We still have an RSVP problem, Monday we had 16 now we have 35

*     This is not fair to the Scouts who plan the meals and buy the food

*     Mountain Bike Outing

*     Same details as last year’s outing

*     Use last year’s permission slip details

*     Kris and Tom Williams will assist with the bikes and bike transportation

*     Family campout at the beach

Advancement Subcommittee Report: (Lisa Solomon)

*     Court of Honor February 23

*     Tom needs to talk about Scout responsibilities

*     Patrick will do Merit Badge Counselor Training (Special Presentation on Merit Badges)

*     Mindy is doing a great job with the Boards of Review

*     Advancement Committee would like Tom to do the announcement at circle up time

*     Invitations for Court of Honor

*     Introduce our New Chartered Org. Rep

*     Invite each family to collect food for the food bank because Scouting for Food has been delayed

*     We need to fill the Merit Badge Counselor Coordinator position

Action Steps Review:

*     Rayna to get minutes out this week.

*     Rayna to mail out packing list (Diaz)

*     Rayna to spend some time addressing the Website issues
