Finance/Fundraiser Subcommittee Report: (Peggy for Judy Soyster)

*     Bulk of the Parent Committee Meeting was spent discussing the proposed budget and the budget numbers.

*     CASH FLOW:  Situation as per graph on final page supplied by Patrick (note no income July/August).

*     Reviewed a nice spreadsheet and corresponding graph detailing troop profits and losses 

*     Need to explore areas where we reinforce “a scout is thrifty”

*     Need to show the boys that $1,000 is typically spent per child and that needs to be raised in fundraisers. 

*     How can we level the graph by projecting monthly payments by families?

*     Garage Sale / Car Wash set for May 31 and June 1 at Christiansens on Valley Circle
