Roundtable Report: (Peggy McGrew)

*     Ernest Zimmerman attended for Troop 22

*     Rechartering complete

*     District Recognition dinner Jan 17th, Saturday

SPL Report: (SPL)

*     Troop is running ok

*     SPL will be addressing patrol issues such as attendance

*     T-shirts, each patrol to design own T-shirt backs

Scoutmaster Report: (Patrick Druez)

*     Leaders reported that the outing was successful and behavior was great

*     PLC is doing a great job planning quality stuff

*     Attendance is up at the troop meetings

*     Super game coming up for the next outing

*     Competition still on for Philmont T-shirt design

*     Look at the Jamboree links on the troop website. – scholarships are due in January

Finance Subcommittee Report: (Judy Soyster)

*     Judy brought troop financial reports for the month

*     Ocean fishing finance is almost finished!

*     Philmont: there are still two uncleared checks made out to our council

*     Next payment due soon for Philmont

Membership/Communications Subcommittee Report: (Rayna Burgess)

*     Rechartering: 51 Scouts, 65 adults essentially the same as last year

*     Peggy talked with Father Rand from Prince of Peace

*     Movable walls are getting damaged.  Troop members or adults should not move the walls.

*     Talked about a service project.  After Easter but before Fall semester.  They want us to put in a lawn for them.  Could be an Eagle Project.  Rose garden – memorial garden.  Expand toward new building.  Ideally put in by June.

*     Talked about a storage unit for the troop.  The outside needs to be professional and movable.  Perhaps a TuffShed.  Cinderblock foundation so that it can be moved.  We need to make sure that we do not require a permit.  A team is working on making plans for how best to store our troop equipment.  There will need to be storage for files etc. in addition to our camping equipment.

*     New Scout Subcommittee

*     We would like an Assistant Scoutmaster assigned to Pack/Troop relations

*     Strawman outline submitted for a Troop 22 Parent Handbook

*     Can we pull together a display to take to Pack meetings?

*     Bridging ceremonies are very important to recruiting

*     Send crew of Scouts and Adults to Pack Campouts to run a station

*     Invite Webelos dens to the March campout or to Fishbowls (April)

*     Invite Webelos to camp with us for Camporee

Outdoor/Activities Subcommittee Report: (Jerry Seymour)

*     Rancho Alegre is next event

*     Jerry will send out a mailing

*     Big game and Troop 22 Cookoff

*     Rayna – check driving directions on website

*     Klondike Derbies in San Jacinto Mountains

*     Jerry will send out a mailing

*     We need money by Jan 13th to save our spots

*     Catherine Zak will coordinate committee side of Summer Camp

Advancement Subcommittee Report: (Lisa Solomon)

*     Mindy Duff has taken over the Board of Review Coordinator

*     Joe Perret plans to get the database online by  mid-January.
