Roundtable Report: (Peggy McGrew)

*     No roundtable report this month.

Scoutmaster Report: (Patrick Druez)

*     PowWow:  This year for Boy Scout Leaders as well as Cub Scouts. 

*     February outing to Mount Pinos swapped with March Snow Sports outing due to poor snow conditions

*     February 1st.  One day outing to Mountain High.  Bruce Newborn coordinating this effort.

*     Look at Mountain High website www.mthigh.com has rates etc. lessons, rental, lift passes at Ralphs

*     Bruce Newborn coordinating Snow Sport merit badge, test required for the MB (not the outing)

*     Helmets are a good idea

*     February 17th Eric Z and James M World Jamboree report

*     Fundraiser idea: Put together troop photo CD and/or yearbook and sell to parents, maybe calendars?

Finance Subcommittee Report: (Peggy for Judy Soyster)

*     We have a draft budget!!!!

*     Judy and Peg met to put together draft budget this week

*     There will probably be a fee increase for next year just to make our budget.

 

Fundraiser Subcommittee Report: (Peggy for Kris)

*     Cookie Dough Fundraiser – point of fundraiser is to earn money for camp

*     February 17th Kick off

*     February 24th packets handout

*     Cookie orders due March 10th

*     Hand out cookies on March 17th

Membership/Communications Subcommittee Report: (Rayna Burgess)

*     Nothing to Report

Outdoor/Activities Subcommittee Report: (Peggy for Jerry Seymour)

*     Upcoming Outings

*     February 1: Snow Sports at Mountain High

*     March: Snow Camping at Mount Pinos.

*     April: Canoe Trip

*     April: Camporee

*     Emerald Bay Summer Camp: Need to start billing NOW!  Owe in April.

*     Florida Sea Base: Still owe $$ Need to invoice on this

*     We will use our new Quickbooks system to invoice for these costs
