All that was discussed was recharter.

Fees have been increased.

Scoutmaster Report:

Scoutmaster reported in by phone, no report this month.

Finance Subcommittee Report: (Peggy for Judy Soyster)

November 1^st 50% of Sea Base fee is due to Florida.

November 1^st Popcorn money is due to Council

We do not currently have enough funds to cover both of these.

We need Sea Base payment asap

We need recharter payments asap

Fundraiser Subcommittee Report: (Peggy for Kathy Zimmermann)

Popcorn in progress. World Series bad for sales.

Membership/Communications Subcommittee Report: (Rayna Burgess)

Voted on new recharter fees: $65 per Scout, $10 per registered adult

Recharter to start on Monday

Outdoor/Activities Subcommittee Report: (Peggy for Jerry Seymour)

Outings schedule is complete, Jerry is working on getting reservations and permits

Jerry is currently contacting all Sea Base families regarding fee schedule

Advancement Subcommittee Report: (Peggy for Lisa Solomon)

Court of Honor was big success!

A nice thank-you note was received from the Megowan family

Troop Advisors (Peggy for Joe Perret)

Youth Protection for the Scouts was given at last Monday’s meeting, Adult Youth Protection soon!

Other Business

Oct 13 Patrick and Peggy attended church service at Prince of Peace and presented the church with a $500 check for their new construction

A letter was received from Rand Reasoner thanking the troop for the donation.
