Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser

Troop 22 has an annual pancake breakfast fundraiser. 

Date: Sunday, November 9, 2009

Time: 8:00 am to 11:30 am

Location: Prince of Peace Episcopal Church

Tickets:

  • $3 for ages 9 and under,
  • $5 for ages 10 and above,
  • $15 family ticket up to 5 people.

Why?

To earn money for Troop 22!   Every dollar earned goes to the Troop!  50% of what you earn goes into your own camp fund!!!  The rest will buy much needed equipment for the troop!

Sell Tickets after Prince of Peace Church Services!

  • Looking for a great opportunity to sell a lot of tickets? 
  • Sign up for one of the slots to sell tickets on a Sunday after each Prince of Peace Church Service!
  • Sign up sheet available at Troop Meeting.

Scout Responsibilities:

  • Each Scout is expected to sell $40 worth of tickets at the very least!
  • Each Scout is required to work one 1.5 hour shift at the Pancake Breakfast on Sunday morning. 
  • Sign-up sheet will be available at the Troop meetings.  This is a mandatory event.  If you do not sign up, we will assign you a shift to work.

Donations:

We need:

  • sausages,
  • O.J.,
  • coffee,
  • sugar,
  • syrup,
  • butter,
  • milk,
  • cream, and of course,
  • pancake batter!

If you or your parents know of a company or organization that might want to donate any of the above items, let us know ASAP!
