Garage Sale

TROOP 22 ANNUAL GARAGE SALE

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2008

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

This is an annual service to families in Troop 22 to give them the opportunity to clean out their houses and get rid of all of that extra "stuff" that is just hanging around!!!

Run by the parents, the funds raised are donated to the Troop and earmarked the help the Troop pay for it's leaders to attend Summer Camp and High Adventure. We need lots of help collecting stuff, and working the sale itself. Let us know what YOU can do!

Please support this troop fundraiser! Unlike other fundraisers in which you buy things and they fill up your house, the Annual Garage Sale combines cleaning out your house with troop fundraising! What could be better than that!?

Where?

Prince of Peace Episcopal Church
- 5700 Rudnick, Woodland Hills

WHAT WE NEED:

We would greatly appreciate donations of the following:
- Items in good condition (your treasures)
- hangers,
- paper or plastic bags and boxes
- inexpensive calculators to use for the day
- tables and racks to use for the day

If you have donations for the garage sale, you may bring them to POP on:

Thursday - 10/02/08 - 6-8 PM

Friday - 10/03/08 - 6-8 PM

Saturday - 10/04/08 - 6-7 AM

Donations may also be dropped off between 6 AM and 7 AM the day of the garage sale.

GOT A TRUCK?

We could use help

picking up large items to bring to the sale, and
hauling leftovers to Salvation Army on Canoga & Roscoe after the garage sale is over.

We need MANY parent and Scout volunteers for each of these shifts. Sign up sheets will be available at Troop meetings.

8:45 am - 11:30 am
11:15 am - 2:00 pm
